Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Usage Policy ("AUP") defines the acceptable and prohibited uses of the services provided by ANYSRV MG SOCIEDAD LIMITADA ("Company", "we", "us"), CIF B72846488, with registered address at Calle Dr. José Juan Megías, 8, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, Spain.

This AUP applies to all services offered through https://anysls.com, including web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, email services, and domain-related services. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of this AUP.


1. Purpose of This Policy

The purpose of this AUP is to protect the security, reliability, integrity, and legal compliance of our infrastructure, customers, and third parties. We operate as a neutral hosting and infrastructure provider, not as a publisher of customer content.


2. General Obligations of Customers

Customers must:

  • Use services in compliance with Spanish law, European Union law, and applicable international regulations.
  • Ensure that all content, applications, scripts, and communications hosted or transmitted are lawful.
  • Maintain reasonable security practices to prevent unauthorized access or abuse.
  • Ensure that their use of resources does not negatively impact other customers or the stability of our systems.

3. Illegal or Prohibited Content

The following content or activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Any content illegal under Spanish or EU law.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content involving exploitation of minors (zero tolerance).
  • Fraud, phishing, impersonation, scams, or deceptive practices.
  • Content infringing intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents).
  • Content promoting violence, hatred, discrimination, or serious harm.

4. Security Abuse and Network Misuse

Customers may not engage in activities that compromise security or network integrity, including:

  • Unauthorized access attempts, hacking, brute-force attacks, or vulnerability scanning.
  • Distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware, trojans, botnets, or malicious code.
  • Denial-of-Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or traffic flooding.
  • Operating open proxies, anonymization services, or abuse-enabling tunnels without authorization.

5. Email and Messaging Abuse

Email services must be used responsibly and in compliance with EU data protection and electronic communications regulations.

  • Unsolicited bulk email (spam) is prohibited.
  • Recipients must have provided valid, prior consent for marketing communications.
  • Email spoofing, misleading headers, or identity falsification is prohibited.
  • Activities that damage IP or domain reputation are not permitted.

6. Resource Usage and Fair Use

Our services are subject to fair usage policies appropriate to the selected plan. The following are not permitted where they adversely affect service quality:

  • Excessive CPU, RAM, disk I/O, bandwidth, or process usage.
  • Using hosting services primarily as data storage, backup, or archive repositories unrelated to hosted websites.
  • Running IRC servers, bots, cryptocurrency mining software, or similar high-load services on shared environments.

7. Web Application Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining all applications, CMS platforms, plugins, themes, and scripts in a secure and up-to-date state. If a service is actively exploited, we may isolate, suspend, or disable access immediately to protect the network.


8. Monitoring and Enforcement

We are not obligated to proactively monitor customer content. However, if a violation or suspected violation is detected, we may:

  • Request corrective actions within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Limit resources or isolate affected services.
  • Suspend or terminate services immediately for serious or repeated violations.
  • Preserve logs and cooperate with competent authorities when legally required.

9. Reporting Abuse

Abuse or security incidents may be reported to: sales@anysls.com. Reports should include relevant technical details where possible.


10. Disclaimer

ANYSRV MG SOCIEDAD LIMITADA does not assume responsibility for customer-generated content. Responsibility for compliance remains solely with the account holder.


11. Modifications to This Policy

This AUP may be updated to reflect legal, security, or operational requirements. The most current version will always be published on our website.


12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Acceptable Usage Policy is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws.
