These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the services provided by ANYSRV MG SOCIEDAD LIMITADA ("Company", "we", "us"), CIF B72846488, with registered address at Calle Dr. José Juan Megías, 8, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, Spain.
By accessing or using the website https://anysls.com or purchasing any hosting, server, domain, or related services (the "Services"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP), and our Privacy Policy.
1. Scope of Services
ANYSRV MG SOCIEDAD LIMITADA provides web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, email services, domain registration, renewal, transfer, SSL certificates, and related digital infrastructure services. Service specifications, limitations, and pricing are those displayed at the time of order and within the client area.
2. Account Registration and Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities performed under your account. Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
3. Orders, Payments, and Billing
All services are provided on a prepaid basis unless explicitly stated otherwise. Invoices must be paid by the due date indicated in the client area. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, all fees paid are non-refundable for elapsed service periods. Domain-related fees (registration, renewal, transfer, redemption) are generally non-refundable once processed.
4. Renewals and Cancellations
Services may renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via the client area. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the customer to a refund for unused time.
5. Acceptable Use
Use of the Services is subject to our Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP). Any activity that is illegal, abusive, infringes third-party rights, or compromises network security or stability is strictly prohibited.
6. Resources and Fair Use
Shared and virtualized services are subject to fair usage limits appropriate to the selected plan. Excessive consumption of CPU, memory, disk I/O, bandwidth, or processes that negatively impacts other customers may result in limitations, suspension, or a required service upgrade.
7. Data, Backups, and Security
Customers remain solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of their data unless a managed backup service is explicitly included. While we apply industry-standard security measures, no system can be guaranteed to be fully secure.
8. Maintenance and Availability
We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance as required. Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upstream providers, force majeure events, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
9. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if these Terms, the AUP, or applicable law are violated, or if required by competent authorities. In cases of termination due to violations, refunds will not be provided unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANYSRV MG SOCIEDAD LIMITADA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability related to a specific service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that service during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection laws. Further details are available in our Privacy Policy.
12. Modifications to the Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The latest version will always be published on our website and shall apply from the date of publication.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
